Raiya Academic is a full-service publishing vendor providing a range of publication services in academic journals indexed in nationally and internationally recognized databases and archives. We also offer journal management services, including hosting, data conversion, XML solutions, and language editing services, such as copyediting, typesetting, proofreading, graphic production and complex e-deliverables.

Editors with relevant academic or editorial backgrounds. For specialized methods/fields, a subject-aware editor reviews for terminology, reporting standards, and style.
Q Do you provide institutional or bulk discounts?
Yes—for departments, and journals with recurring work. Ask about framework agreements.
Q What does “journal shortlisting” include?
A tailored list with aims/scope fit, indexing, recent acceptance trends (where available), open-access options/APCs, and submission instructions—plus a recommended top 3 with rationale.
Q What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and major payment gateways. Tax/GST-compliant invoices are available where applicable.
Q Can you work with tight deadlines?
Often, yes—please mark your deadline and timezone. We’ll confirm feasibility before starting and may suggest a phased delivery (e.g., Abstract/Intro first).
Q What is included in “response-to-reviewers” support?
We help map each reviewer comment to changes, draft point-by-point replies, polish tone, and ensure the manuscript reflects the revisions. Authors approve final wording.
